Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day FP&A operations including forecasting, budgeting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis
- Manage and support FP&A team members, helping drive accountability, prioritization, and development
- Improve financial reporting processes and planning discipline
- Partner with finance leadership and business partners to deliver actionable financial insights and support decision-making
- Cook up monthly and quarterly financial review processes
- Help establish scalable FP&A processes, reporting standards, and operating rhythms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Treasury, HR, and operational leadership teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting experience
- Prior experience leading projects, processes, or team members within a finance organization
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems/reporting tools
