About the role
Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to assist their team.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support strategic business objectives and operational performance.
- Prepare financial reports, management presentations, and performance analyses for leadership review and decision making.
- Analyze business results, identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Partner with operational leaders and department heads to develop budgets, evaluate initiatives, and support business planning efforts.
- Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and financial modeling initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related financial role.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality analysis in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced financial credential.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with leadership and cross functional teams.
- Previous experience working with ERP systems, business intelligence platforms, and financial planning software.
- Self motivated and detail oriented professional with strong business acumen, organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Pay
Expected starting pay rate of $70.00 to $85.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
