About the role & Program

The Disneyland Resort Operation Finance team oversees financial and business operations across the domestic Disney Experiences segment. In this role, you will gain valuable, real-world experiences while developing a deep understanding of business performance drivers. You will have the opportunity to apply analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to problem-solving initiatives. This position offers exposure to a collaborative, fast-paced environment while helping to identify opportunities to drive business results. This is a full-time position based in Anaheim, CA from August - December 2026.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand key business drivers and deliver data, analytics, and insights that inform decision-making
  • Generate reporting and ad-hoc data analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across multiple lines of business
  • Create and maintain data visualization dashboards (Power BI or similar tools) to deliver insights and enable internal efficiencies
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of data processes and workflows

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong technical capabilities across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis and reporting to drive insights and outcomes
  • A combination of academic proficiency, quantitative skills, and advanced written and oral communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proactive self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • An understanding of statistical modeling techniques and forecasting methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience developing impactful presentation decks to communicate insights, summarize analyses, and support business recommendations
  • Prior experience with tools such as SAP, Power Query or VBA, SQL, Tableau or Power BI

Education

College Junior or Senior preferred
Major or previous coursework in Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
  • Fully available from Monday - Friday, 40 hours each week, during traditional business hours
  • Able to provide own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship program in the Anaheim, CA area

The pay rate for this role in Anaheim, CA is $22.50 per hour.
