Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager | Remote

FP&A Expert Role OverviewAs an FP&A Specialist, you will develop comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and reports, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment. Your work will directly impact financial decision-making and organizational growth. $85-$100 per hour | 10-40 hrs/week | Remote Key ResponsibilitiesBuild bottoms-up annual budgets and multi-year long-range plans with consolidation and approval paths.Produce rolling reforecasts of P&L, cash flow, and KPIs reflecting actuals and updated drivers.Build headcount and capital expenditure plans with hiring pacing, project approvals, payback, and prioritization.Produce monthly management reporting packs with variance commentary and profitability analysis.Forecast revenue from bookings, pipeline coverage, and demand signals, and document model drivers and assumptions. Core RequirementsHave strong relevant experience in FP&A at an operating company, owning a plan or a reforecast cycle.Advanced Excel modeling skills and the judgment to explain variances, not just calculate them.Experience in finance business partnering or commercial finance is a plus.Familiarity with planning systems such as Anaplan, Adaptive, or Pigment is advantageous.
