Financial Planning & Analysis Associate
About the role
The Financial Planning & Analysis Associate supports financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across key business initiatives. They serve as a critical partner to business stakeholders, translating data into insights that drive performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly forecast updates and annual budget process
- Perform variance analysis across revenue, expenses, and operational KPIs
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to analyze:
- CAC and marketing channel performance
- Loan pricing and approval/exception trends
- Sales commissions and productivity metrics
- Aid in building and maintaining components of the operating model
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and board/investor materials
- Develop KPI tracking and reporting frameworks
- Conduct ad hoc analyses on business performance, cost optimization, and growth initiatives
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in FP&A, advisory/consulting, investment banking, or related fields. Strong Excel/modeling skills and analytical mindset. Experience working with large datasets and synthesizing insights. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Detail-oriented with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include experience in fintech, lending, banking or startup environments, familiarity with BI tools or SQL, and exposure to unit economics and growth metrics.

Pay
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,700 - $117,200 annually.
Schedule
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting (approximately 95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional standing, lifting, carrying of 20lbs or less, walking, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, and reaching above the shoulder. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
