Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop and present standard reporting to explain current financial performance and future trends
• Query, analyze, and present data from multiple financial data sources to build budgets and forecasts and explain trends
• Develop relationships and credibility with key clients
• Work across multiple channels to assist in FP&A-wide projects
• Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies
• Additional ad-hoc responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years experience in Financial Analysis/Accounting preferred
• Talents Needed For Success: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (Masters/MBA preferred)
• Proficiency or experience with financial systems and Reporting
• Strong communicator who is a self-starter and highly motivated individual

Schedule

DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
