Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

We are a fast-growing, private equity-backed medical aesthetics platform expanding into new states. As we scale our clinic footprint, we are building a professional finance organization to support rapid growth, reporting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close, reviewing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Maintain rolling forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis
• Develop reporting packages for leadership and Board meetings
• Analyze clinic-level performance, payroll/labor trends, membership growth, inventory, and profitability
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Contribute to dashboards and automated reporting tools

Compensation

$80,000 - $90,000 Base

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Audit, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Power BI or SQL experience
• Understanding of medspa industry
