Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships through outreach, networking, and community engagement
- Support the development of personalized financial strategies based on individual client situations
- Learn to present appropriate planning solutions, including protection and investments, to help clients meet long-term goals
- Work closely with your team and learn from experienced advisors through collaboration
- Stay up to date on financial concepts, industry tools, and planning best practices.
- Maintain a strong commitment to professionalism, ethical standards, and compliance guidelines
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in financial services or sales (preferred).
- A strong understanding of financial planning, investment principles, and client service.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM platforms.
- Preferred Licenses (or willingness to obtain): Life & Health Insurance License, Series 7, Series 66
Compensation & Benefits
- Contracted Financial Reps are paid a salary (subject to validation based on production) plus additional incentive compensation, creating unlimited earnings potential. Additional subsidies are available during your first 4 contract years while you build clientele, recurring fees, and renewal income.
- Up to $5000 of activity-based bonuses are also available during your first 60 days of Pre-contract activity.
