Overview
The Financial Planner is a client facing role that supports Senior Financial Planners and Advisors by preparing planning deliverables, maintaining accurate data across systems, and participating in client meetings and follow-up. Over time, and once appropriately licensed, this role may have direct ownership of a segment of clients under firm supervision.

What you’ll do:
- Planning Preparation & Execution: Prepare, update, and maintain financial planning deliverables and ensure all plans are complete, accurate, and ready for client review.
- Client Support & Retention: Proactively engage clients to gather updated information, support review preparation, and reinforce Oak Harvest’s client-first experience.
- Meeting & Follow-Up Support: Participate in planning and allocation meetings, update systems promptly after meetings, and track client action items.
- Account & Policy Maintenance: Support ongoing account, annuity, and allocation maintenance to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with advisors and POD team members to support client strategy, planning timelines, and service execution.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain timely documentation, workflows, and compliance standards across all client interactions and planning systems.
- Professional Growth: Increase client-facing responsibilities over time, pursue licensing and CFP® designation, and progress toward a senior planner role.
Skills/Experience
- College Degree and have completed the education requirement to achieve CFP or equivalent designation
- Or College degree in Financial Planning
- CFP is preferred or willingness to obtain

- Pay & Perks: Compensation: $60,000–$100,000 base salary (dependent on experience) + retention bonus potential
