Key Responsibilities

  • Act as main point of contact for Holistic Wealth Management division clients.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial plans, retirement income projections, and asset allocation analyses.
  • Develop investment portfolio summaries and performance reports.
  • Analyze tax strategies using specialized planning software.
  • Run annuity, life insurance, and long-term care illustrations.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and proactive check-ins per service model.
  • Collaborate with advisors on complex cases and one-off analyses.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Track multiple client projects while maintaining high attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years direct client-facing Financial Planner experience.
  • Active Series 65 or Series 66 license.
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with spreadsheets and financial calculations.
  • Detail-oriented multi-tasker with excellent relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) designation (required within 2 years).
  • Life Insurance license (required within 6 months).
  • Experience with retirement income planning and tax optimization.

Essential Functions

  • In conjunction with the Data Input Specialist, prepare and update all consult files for each client's annual meeting.
  • Aid the Financial Planner with planning opportunities for the client.
  • Aid the Financial Planner and client on implementation items from consult or as needed throughout the year.
  • Promptly respond to client questions through email and phone calls.
  • Review of annual income tax returns and complete year-end tax projections.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Financial analysis and tax planning for each business unit that the client owns.
  • Participation with the Financial Planner during annual client meetings.
  • Reconciliation of each client's current investment asset allocation.
  • Retirement plan analysis and optimization based on annual objectives of each client.
  • Correspond with internal departments as well as outside vendors to assist the client in implementation of their financial plan.
  • Assist with the Data Input Specialist's training and onboarding needs on an as-needed basis.
  • Review the Data Input Specialist's work for accuracy.

Must Have

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Tax, or Finance required.
  • Either CPA/CFP should be active.
  • 2+ years of experience in public accounting or its equivalent preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in MS Excel.
  • Comfortable being client facing.
