About the role

As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of some of the nation's largest and most successful healthcare organizations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring operational metrics, providing meaningful analysis, and leading discussions with healthcare executives.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to ensure financial success
  • Provide meaningful analysis to support the financial health of healthcare organizations
  • Lead discussions with healthcare executives to impact decision-making
  • Isolate potential financial risks for customers and communicate these risks effectively
  • Evaluate and analyze revenue cycle risk factors to transform the healthcare industry

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with a history of academic success
  • Work experience in Finance-related fields is preferred
  • Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and SQL
  • Ability to assess data accuracy based on comparisons to budgets and forecasts
  • Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form conclusions

Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)

  • Ability to work independently and lead projects
