About the role

As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll monitor operational metrics and provide meaningful analysis to ensure the financial success of healthcare organizations. You'll track key performance indicators and offer best practices, leading discussions with healthcare executives and impacting their decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with academic success
  • Experience in Finance-related fields preferred
  • Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and SQL
  • Ability to assess data accuracy based on budgets and forecasts
  • Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form conclusions
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
