Financial Performance Analyst
About the role
As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll be working to ensure the financial success of some of the nation's largest and most successful healthcare organizations by monitoring their operational metrics and providing meaningful analysis.
Responsibilities
- Track key performance indicators and offer best practices to healthcare executives.
- Lead discussions with healthcare executives and impact their decision-making process.
- Isolate potential financial risks for customers and communicate these risks effectively.
- Evaluate and analyze revenue cycle risk factors to transform the healthcare industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with a history of academic success.
- Work experience in Finance-related field preferred.
- Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and SQL.
- Ability to assess the accuracy of data based on comparisons to budgets and/or forecasts.
- Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form conclusions.

- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
