About the role
As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the financial success of some of the nation's largest and most successful healthcare organizations. Your responsibilities will involve monitoring operational metrics, providing meaningful analysis, and leading discussions with healthcare executives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to ensure financial success
- Provide meaningful analysis and best practices to healthcare organizations
- Lead discussions with healthcare executives to impact decision-making
- Isolate potential financial risks for customers and communicate these risks effectively
- Evaluate and analyze revenue cycle risk factors to transform the healthcare industry
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with academic success
- Experience in a Finance-related field is preferred
- Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and SQL
- Ability to assess data accuracy based on comparisons to budgets and forecasts
- Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form conclusions
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
