About the role
As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll monitor operational metrics and provide meaningful analysis to ensure the financial success of healthcare organizations. You'll track key performance indicators and offer best practices, leading discussions with healthcare executives and impacting their decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Monitor operational metrics and provide financial analysis
- Track key performance indicators and offer best practices
- Lead discussions with healthcare executives
- Isolate potential financial risks for customers
- Evaluate and analyze revenue cycle risk factors
- Communicate financial risks to healthcare executives
- Apply numerical analysis to customers' financial concerns
- Design software that supports the delivery of quality care for all patients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with academic success
- Work experience in Finance-related field preferred
- Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and SQL
- Ability to assess data accuracy based on comparisons to budgets and forecasts
- Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form conclusions
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
