As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of some of the nation's largest and most successful healthcare organizations. Your responsibilities include monitoring operational metrics, providing meaningful analysis, and leading discussions with healthcare executives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to ensure financial success
• Provide actionable insights through numerical analysis and evaluation of revenue cycle risk factors
• Lead discussions with healthcare executives to influence decision-making processes
• Isolate potential financial risks for customers and communicate these risks effectively
• Own customer relationships and make a direct impact on the transformation of the healthcare industry

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with a history of academic success
• Work experience in Finance-related fields is preferred
• Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and SQL
• Ability to assess data accuracy based on comparisons to budgets and forecasts
• Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form conclusions

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
