About the role

As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll monitor operational metrics and provide meaningful analysis to ensure the financial success of healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Track key performance indicators and offer best practices to our customers
  • Lead discussions with healthcare executives and impact their decision-making
  • Isolate potential financial risks for customers and communicate these risks effectively
  • Evaluate and analyze revenue cycle risk factors to transform the healthcare industry

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with academic success
  • Experience in Finance-related fields preferred
  • Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and SQL
  • Ability to assess data accuracy based on comparisons to budgets and forecasts
  • Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form conclusions
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
