About the role

You'll be working to ensure the financial success of some of the nation's largest and most successful healthcare organizations by monitoring their operational metrics and providing meaningful analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Track key performance indicators and offer best practices to our customers.
  • Lead discussions with and impact the decision making of healthcare executives.
  • Isolate potential financial risks for our customers and effectively convey those risks.
  • Apply numerical analysis to our customers' financial concerns and evaluate and analyze revenue cycle risk factors.
  • Have a direct impact on the transformation of the healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with a history of academic success.
  • Work experience in Finance-related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, SQL.
  • Ability to assess accuracy of data based on comparisons to budgets and/or forecasts.
  • Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses and form conclusions.

Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
