• Reports
• Clearing outstanding debits
• Resolution of escalated issues
• Processing and investigating payments
• Correspondence
• Client requests
• Account updates
• Scanning
• Stock transfers
• Check and Fed wire disbursements
• Check stop payments
• Meeting production and quality standards
• Cross‑training in multiple functions
• Adhering to compliance and control guidelines
• Interacting with internal and external clients
• Collaborating with peers in the Service Center or other Operations teams
