Entry Level Brokerage Ops - (Max $20/hr W2)

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred:

• Experience in Financial Services, Operations, Client Service, or a related field
• Internship, academic, or professional experience within Financial Services
• Exposure to derivatives, futures, clearing, or trade support functions
• Client service experience in a professional environment
• Advanced Excel skills or experience working with large datasets
• Demonstrate curiosity and interest in improving processes
• Eye for automation and process improvement
• Enjoy identifying repetitive manual tasks and finding more efficient ways of working
• Experience with, or interest in learning, tools such as Excel automation, VBA, Power Automate, Power BI, Python, Alteryx, or similar technologies
• Take initiative in suggesting ideas that enhance efficiency, reduce risk, or improve the client experience
• Combine strong client service skills with a continuous improvement mindset
