About the role

Provide dedicated one-on-one support for clients throughout the inheritance process.

Proactively communicate with clients by phone and/or email to offer high-level service, transparency, and empathy.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to set expectations and ensure timely completion of service requests.
  • Research and resolve client issues accurately and promptly.
  • Enter and document all case interactions using appropriate technology resources.
  • Apply Firm verification policies to prevent identity theft and fraudulent activity.
  • Stay updated on SEC/Client, Compliance, and Firm guidelines and apply them to processing and interactions.
  • Manage and document daily case loads using various technology resources.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Series 7 and 66 required (or 63 & 65).
  • College degree preferred.
  • 3-4 years financial services industry experience preferred, including client service interactions and knowledge of estates, trusts, and retirement plans, account opening, and asset distribution processes.
