Financial Operations Specialist

About the Role

A mid-sized foreign asset management group is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist. This position offers exposure to both finance administration and internal management assistance, providing an opportunity to transition into international markets. The role involves overseeing financial reporting and collaborating closely with upper management to streamline internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle payments, reconciliations, and budgeting
• Conduct cross-functional work with the home finance team
• Process ADP payroll for the entire company
• Manage internal communications with the overseas team and interact with management
• Oversee hybrid office operations and lead a team of 12 in day-to-day processes
• Work with domestic and international clients
• Assist in HR responsibilities, including payroll processing for staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, administration, or a related field
• 4-7 years' experience in accounting, financial services, or banking
• Familiarity with ADP systems
• Extensive ability to communicate directly with the C-Suite
