About the role

Utilize your stellar organizational skills and strong technical prowess as a Financial Operations Specialist. In this role, you’ll use your commendable communication skills to greet clients and guests, consult clients for template approval, and assist clients with scheduling appointments and general technological inquiries.

If you have experience with document management, it may be your greatest asset as you file and scan documents, log and track checks and receipts, and open new accounts for clients. You may also be requested to complete general office maintenance, supply management, mail processing, and other special projects.

The team is looking for an independent self-starter with a strict eye for detail, who is resourceful and has a high regard for compliance and security procedures.

This is an on-site role at our client’s Lake Oswego location.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and guests
  • Consult clients for template approval
  • Assist clients with scheduling appointments and general technological inquiries
  • File and scan documents
  • Log and track checks and receipts
  • Open new accounts for clients
  • Complete general office maintenance, supply management, and mail processing
  • Handle other special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in the financial services and/or securities industries
  • 1+ years of Pershing or other custodial experience
  • 1+ years of administrative assistant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
