Guidehouse is seeking financial operations professionals to support Homeland Security and Law Enforcement clients. This role may require on-site presence up to three days per week in the Washington, DC metro area (with potential inclusion of Indianapolis).
Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of travel and financial documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review, validate, and calculate information across incoming relocation and financial materials, maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Conduct analysis on financial transactions and identify discrepancies or required follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal team members to resolve outstanding items.
- Communicate progress, issues, and status updates to clients clearly, professionally, and in a consistent, timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of information in all written and verbal interactions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, modernize, or improve existing processes.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "Public Trust"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their Public Trust prior to onboarding. Candidates with an active Public Trust or suitability are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- One (1) or more years of financial management or operations experience.
Qualifications
- Active clearance or reciprocity strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting DHS or other federal agencies to deliver financial operations or analysis.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00 - $124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on skill sets, experience, training, security clearances, licensure, certifications, and business needs.

Schedule
This role requires the ability to be onsite up to three (3) days per week in the Washington, DC or Indianapolis, IN area. Travel required up to 10%.
