Financial Operations Analyst I-Decision Support

About the role

The Financial Operations Analyst I is a member of the Decision Support Department’s Financial Operations Team, which is dedicated to providing financial analysis and consultation to hospital operations leadership. This is a staff-level position that works closely with Finance Leadership and Hospital Administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and consultation to hospital operations leadership.
• Work closely with Finance Leadership and Hospital Administration.
• Use strong Microsoft Office Suite and analysis skills.
• Interact effectively with finance leadership and other project staff members that may be financial and non-financial.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related quantitative field required.
• Two years of comparable work experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office Suite and analysis skills required.
• Ability to effectively interact with finance leadership and other project staff members that may be financial and non-financial.
