Job Description
You will be the Financial Mgmt Sr for the PAC-3 Production Program Finance team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for the PAC-3 Production Program.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
- Support program managers and IPT Leads with budgetary guidance.
- Monitor cost performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

- Knowledge of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis; LRP, CSR, Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash (OSEC));
- Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills;
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM);
- Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis;
- Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines;
- Use of AI in a business environment.
