Financial Manager
Job Description
• Lead and support initiatives to improve how financial information is produced, managed, and used across the Firm, spanning forecasting, reporting, and underlying data processes
• Own and enhance elements of the Firm’s forecasting and planning processes, ensuring models, assumptions, and outputs are supported by consistent methodologies and reliable data
• Partner cross-functionally with Fund, GP and Management Company Accounting, Portfolio Analytics, and Operations teams to align financial assumptions, standardize outputs, and improve end-to-end workflows
• Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of finance processes, including forecasting cycles, reporting workflows, and data management practices
• Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems, reporting tools, and dashboards (e.g., Power BI), with a focus on scalability, usability, and automation
• Evaluate and enhance the Firm’s control environment through process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce reliance on manual processes.
• Establish and maintain standardized definitions, drivers, and assumptions used across planning and reporting, contributing to a consistent “single source of truth”
• Develop and deliver financial analyses, scenario modeling, and reporting materials for senior leadership, ensuring outputs are clear, decision-oriented, and grounded in well structured processes
• Implement and enforce controls, validation checks, and governance practices to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and forecasting inputs
• Continuously evaluate opportunities to scale and streamline finance operations as the Firm grows in size and complexity, proactively introducing improvements to systems, workflows, and planning capabilities
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with FP&A or strategic finance experience. Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA highly preferred
• 6-8+ years of progressive experience in fields related to finance, strategy, analytics or accounting.
