Financial Manager
Responsibilities
- Coordinate budget meetings, tasks and responsibilities to compile budget and meet deadlines.
- Perform variance analysis to identify patterns, trends and anomalies.
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve performance or mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with department leaders to build, maintain and validate actuals and budget.
- Develop monthly and year-end financial projections and forecasts in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Provide monthly analytical support to department managers.
- Affirm compliance with financial regulations and policies, and maintain accurate and timely financial records.
- Assist in building, developing, and motivating staff, team and partners.
- Assist Sr. Director and organizational leaders with special projects.
Requirements
- Must possess a BS in accounting, business administration or related field.
- Must have 5 years of experience in an environment that utilizes financial systems.
Salary Information: Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
