Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert and one of the primary installation points of contact for civilian payroll and timekeeping programs.
- Manage the adjustment and closing of civilian pay accounts across multiple pay plans.
- Review bi-weekly pay computations, conduct complex research, and ensure corrective measures are put into place when pay discrepancies arise.
- Build relationships between local Civilian Personnel Offices and Staffing Agencies to determine the root cause of pay-affecting discrepancies and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
