Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in any of the following: Financial analysis, pricing and estimating, expense tracking, program scheduling, Supply chain management and interpreting policy, and/or purchasing/procurement

Job Description

Financial Management - Level 2

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB)
  • Analyze and reconcile actual costs against budgets and estimates
  • Develop Estimates at Complete (EAC) for program budgeting and forecasting
  • Conduct Earned Value analysis and prepare associated reporting
  • Perform cost allocation in accordance with established accounting policies
  • Control program costs through monitoring, variance analysis, and corrective actions
  • Prepare financial performance reports and deliver contractual financial deliverables to stakeholders

Who You Are

You are a detail-oriented financial professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of cost accounting, earned value management, and performance measurement in a program-centric environment. You can translate complex cost data into clear, actionable insights and are comfortable preparing and presenting financial reports to both internal teams and external contract officials. Your proactive approach to cost control, allocation, and reporting enables you to effectively support the ADP Program Finance team and contribute to the overall financial health and success of the programs.

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP)
  • Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR)
  • Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion
  • Familiarity with cost/reporting systems similar to CostView, Deltek Cobra and Cost Point
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
