Financial Management E2 - Fort Worth TX
This position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers.
About the role
Performs one or more financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Responsibilities include:
- Financial analysis, performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities such as variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning, risk and opportunities assessment, and development of mitigation plans.
- Integrating information from multiple financial systems to consolidate data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations.
- Consolidating financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and reporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end results to internal and external customers, including government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting.
- Developing and utilizing forward-looking data analytics, visualization, and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision-making.
- Providing actionable recommendations to key stakeholders for sound financial and operating decisions.
- Maintaining compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and controls (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP).
- Supporting proposal development, basis of estimate, and negotiations as a subject matter expert.
This role supports Program Finance functions, including managing program cost baselines, conducting Earned Value analysis, and variance analysis using various Enterprise toolsets. You will ensure data accuracy through data mining and analysis and present findings to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other Business-related field.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance and is located at a facility that requires special access.
- Basic business acumen and experience in Microsoft Excel, specifically navigating large data sets.
Qualifications
Minimum education required: High School/GED.
Desired Skills
- Basic knowledge of Tableau.
- SAP experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $59,900.00 - $111,300.00. The salary considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and market considerations.
Location: Fort Worth, Texas.
