About the role

Responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This includes processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and payments accurately and timely.
  • Maintain detailed financial records and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks or similar systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills
