About the role
Responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This includes processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and preparing reports.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and payments accurately and timely.
- Maintain detailed financial records and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with all financial policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks or similar systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
- $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
