Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education or business or equivalent related experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of related functional experience required, including financial education, coaching, training, teaching, or roles where you regularly educate others on financial concepts or products.
- Experience in a teaching or training environment focused on personal financial management using adult or youth learning principles is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of financial services required.
PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $80,200.00-$97,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $62,400.00 - $115,700.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver Financial Education: Lead engaging seminars, workshops, webinars, and experiential learning events, both in-person and virtually, to help individuals build financial knowledge and confidence.
- Innovate Learning Experiences: Contribute to evolving how we deliver education by exploring new formats, tools, and experiential approaches that increase engagement, adoption, and financial health outcomes.
- Build Community Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and internal stakeholders to expand access to financial education while aligning programs with community and business needs.
- Develop Impactful Content: Research, design, and create educational materials tailored to diverse audiences, helping translate complex financial topics into accessible and actionable insights.
- Promote Financial Health Solutions: Integrate BECU products and services into your education delivery in a way that supports members' financial well-being.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with business lines across the organization, including Business Services, Mortgage, and Retail Branches, to align education in support of broader strategic and business goals.
- Analyze and Report Outcomes: Track and report on program effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve delivery and impact.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep current on financial education topics, learning methodologies, behavioral science principles, and regulatory changes to enhance program relevance and effectiveness.
- Expand Delivery Channels: Explore and recommend new technologies and platforms to optimize how education is delivered across digital, social, and in-person channels.
