About the role
The Financial Education Coordinator supports NFP's Financial Education programs by coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring accurate follow-through on all program details.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule employee one-on-one sessions, group presentations, and financial education events.
- Monitor shared email inboxes and respond promptly and accurately to employee, client, and internal requests.
- Track meetings, confirmations, attendance, and required follow-up to ensure nothing is missed.
- Accurately maintain participant and meeting data in CRM and internal systems.
- Prepare and distribute participant communications, reminders, and educational materials.
- Follow up with advisors and internal teams to ensure meeting summaries and documentation are completed.
- Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with internal standards and compliance requirements.
- Cook up ongoing support for new and existing client programs, including implementation calls, recurring status check-ins, and day-to-day program oversight.
- Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous service while communicating regularly with clients and employees to ensure program expectations and service standards are consistently met.
- Support financial educators and advisors with logistics, scheduling, and administrative needs.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in scheduling, data entry, and communications.
- Proven ability to follow through on tasks and manage multiple priorities to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, dependable, and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with CRM or scheduling tools preferred.
Qualifications
- College degree.
- 0-2 years of Financial Education or operational experience preferred.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $52,000 to $69,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
