Financial Controller - Restaurant Group

Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of all financial operations and reporting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Conducting financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decisions
• Management of budgeting and financial planning processes
• Cooking with external auditors during financial audits
• Implementation and maintenance of effective internal controls
• Monitoring cash flow and optimizing financial performance
• Providing leadership and guidance to the finance team
• Collaborating with management to improve financial processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments
• Advanced proficiency in Restaurant365 (required)
• Deep understanding of P&L management, cost controls, and operational finance

Pay

A competitive salary range of $105,000 - $115,000 annually
