Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the assurance/risk advisory practice, ensuring all activities are completed on time and per applicable auditing standards and regulations
- Handle corporate Statutory or Internal Audits end to end with reporting/discussion with Audit committees and management
- Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions
- Manage the monthly consolidation of the income statement and balance sheet
- Control post-closing entries and consolidation adjustments
- Perform various control procedures to ensure the integrity of reported financial results
- Finalization of Accounts, notes to accounts, and MIS reporting
- Prepare different SEC schedules
- Develop key performance indicators to monitor and drive the business's financial performance
- Conduct financial and business forecasting, preparation of financial statements, planning, and reporting
- Provide monthly/quarterly high-quality MIS for management review and analysis
- Perform evaluations of assets and liabilities and manage inventory measures per SOPs
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of PPT, Excel, and BI Tools, with a thorough understanding of dashboards and PPTs
- Good communication skills and the ability to undertake multiple tasks simultaneously and cope with a changing working environment
- Strong financial, accounting, and control orientation
- Ability to define, simplify, standardize processes, and implement best practices
- Proactive thinking and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of risk and controls
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience
