Financial Controller
About the role
The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional projects across T3 Defense's portfolio companies and internal initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading planning and execution of key strategic and operational projects, coordinating across investment, finance, and operations teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful outcomes, providing project reporting and updates to senior leadership, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies, and supporting integration efforts following acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of key strategic and operational projects
- Cook up coordination across investment, finance, and operations teams
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
- Provide project reporting and updates to senior leadership
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support integration efforts following acquisitions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in aerospace, defense, or investment environments
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
