Financial Controller

About the role

The OpportunityRediMinds is entering its next stage of growth, and we are looking for a hands‑on Financial Controller to build and run the day‑to‑day financial engine of the company. You will ensure the integrity of our books, establish a disciplined close, strengthen financial controls and reporting, and help build the financial foundation RediMinds needs to scale with confidence. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Controller will be the senior financial operator for the business and a trusted partner to the leadership team. You will provide reliable, timely financial information, bring greater visibility to business performance, and ensure the company’s financial processes, systems and controls remain strong as RediMinds grows.

Responsibilities

• Own the core accounting function: take direct, hands‑on ownership of RediMinds’ accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts rece
