About the role

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles and the ability to manage complex financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and analysis
• Manage financial reporting and compliance
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a financial controller role
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
