About the role

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of financial management principles and the ability to manage complex financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and analysis
• Manage financial reporting and internal controls
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
