About the role
The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and analysis
- Manage accounting and financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Develop and implement financial strategies
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
