About the role
The Financial Controller oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, project accounting, budgeting, tax coordination, internal controls, and financial compliance while providing strategic financial support to company leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of accounting operations

- Strategic financial support to company leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- Five or more years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong financial reporting and project accounting knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with accounting/ERP software
- Experience in the engineering, architecture, or professional services industry
- Experience with Deltek software preferred
Qualifications
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
