Financial Controller
Salary: $100,000-$120,000 DOE

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller who is enjoyable to work with and can thoughtfully bring the efficiency, ownership, and passion needed to help our growing $20 million company keep up with rapidly rising demand. At Advance CNC Machining, we specialize in producing high-precision machined parts for customers across industries including equipment manufacturers, food, drug, aerospace, and defense. Responsibilities
- Lead cost accounting efforts in a manufacturing job-shop environment.
- Oversee Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and month-end close with accuracy and timeliness to ensure dependable cash flow.
- Manage full compliance with federal, state, and local taxing authorities.
- Partner with leadership on budgeting while maintaining effective internal controls.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of cost accounting.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, effectiveness, proactivity, and collaboration.
- High proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel, including advanced reporting and modeling.
- Expert-level experience with federal, state, and local tax filings.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
