In our Investor Center, you will engage face-to-face with customers, offering guidance and personalized planning while extending the firm’s brand. You’ll be supported with an open architecture product platform and top resources in the financial industry to nurture relationships with an existing client base.
Responsibilities
- Engage face-to-face with clients to provide guidance and personalized financial planning.
- Introduce clients to different investment strategies and consolidate additional client assets through positive, client-centered discussions.
- Deliver comprehensive investment solutions and retirement plans tailored to clients' current and future needs.
- Build rapport and credibility by presenting complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base.
- Support clients in reaching their retirement goals through integrity, insights, interpersonal skills, and meticulous planning.
- Make a positive impact in the community while maintaining a steadfast commitment to clients.
Requirements
- Previous success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions.
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses and appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
- Ability to present complex solutions while building rapport and credibility with clients.
- Extensive knowledge of investment solutions.
- Coachable, collaborative, and curious mindset.
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience with a passion for helping others thrive.
- Motivated by results, taking initiative, and exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications
- A degree and/or professional certifications (e.g., CFP) are helpful. If you do not already have these, Fidelity’s Tuition Reimbursement program can assist in obtaining them.

Schedule
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations may evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
