Working in our Investor Center, you will engage face‑to‑face with clients, providing mentorship and personalized planning while helping expand the firm’s brand. Fidelity supplies an existing client base, institutional feeders, an open‑architecture product platform and top industry resources, enabling you to nurture relationships and grow assets.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in‑branch, delivering personalized financial planning and mentorship.
• Present complex investment solutions to a knowledgeable client base.
• Introduce clients to diverse investment strategies and consolidate additional assets.
• Collaborate with institutional feeders and internal resources to expand business.
• Maintain a high level of customer experience and exceed expectations.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
• Ability to obtain or maintain required certifications (CFP®, Series 07, 63, 65, 66).
• Degree or equivalent experience; tuition reimbursement available for further education.
• Clear background in accordance with securities regulations; certain criminal histories may be disqualifying.

Pay

Base salary range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year, dependent on responsibilities, location, experience, and other factors. Total compensation may include bonus or other variable pay.

Schedule

Fidelity is transitioning to a full‑time onsite working model. Some locations require 100 % onsite presence, while others may have reduced onsite expectations that will evolve over time. This role is not fully remote.
