The Role
Tardus Wealth Strategies is seeking experienced and passionate financial coaches to join our growing team. As a Tardus Financial Coach, you will support our clients in achieving their financial goals using our patented Income SnowballTM system. Your role involves fostering strong, multi-year client relationships and helping them succeed with our unique cash flow and alternative investment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in implementing our Income SnowballTM system
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Coach clients on cash flow and alternative investment strategies
- Work independently while contributing to the team's success
Requirements
- Confident and humble with a desire for continuous growth and learning
- A professional multi-tasker with high levels of charisma
- Ability to influence without formal authority
- Organized and punctual, thriving in fast-changing environments
- An active listener and good question-asker
- Systems-oriented and a quick study
- Understanding of residual commissions and their impact
