Financial Client Services Specialist
About the role
Golden Reserve is seeking an experienced Client Services Specialist (CSS), a hybrid role blending Paraplanner and Client Services Coordinator responsibilities. This is not an administrative position. The CSS manages our entire back-end client sales process, delivers world-class ongoing client support, and facilitates start-to-finish insurance application execution. The CSS Team is recognized as the Engine of Golden Reserve, driving the company forward.

Responsibilities
- Build client Roadmaps (our version of a financial plan) as part of the back-end client sales process.
- Provide first-line, world-class ongoing client support and service.
- Facilitate start-to-finish insurance application execution.
- Support the Sales team to help more families, acting as a steady and consistent leader in every office.
- Occasionally support evening educational workshops.
Requirements
- Two (2) years or more of financial services experience.
- Expertise in life insurance and annuity application completion, monitoring, and management.
- GRIT—a blue-collar mindset emphasizing accountability, ownership, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Reliable commute to the assigned office location in the Kennesaw or Alpharetta area.

Pay
$70,000 - $100,000 annually, with overtime pay.
Schedule
Work hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening hours may be required to support educational workshops.
This is an in-office role based in our new Kennesaw or Alpharetta locations.
