About the role
The Financial Center Manager III plays a crucial role in achieving performance goals, deposit and loan growth, and fee income. They lead a team focused on providing exceptional client experiences and fostering long-lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and lead a team to provide exceptional client experiences and deepen relationships through service and client service follow-up.
- Model the way for peers and coworkers aligned with First Financial's Mission and Values.
- Maintain a banking center environment and commitment to exceptional client experience to foster client loyalty and relationship development.
- Manage the onboarding of new clients, ensuring client follow-up calls are conducted in the proper time frame.
- Engage in coaching and recognition, updating team members on progress towards goals.
- Develop strong business relationships with key partners, focusing on deepening client relationships, finding new opportunities, and sharing client relationships.
- Integrate well into the community, developing outside sales opportunities through visibility and active participation in community groups.
- Achieve daily operations, successful audit scores, and sales execution.
- Lead the daily huddles and team meetings, ensuring all associates deliver a quality client experience.
- Manage the day-to-day activities that align with The First Financial Bank Experience (FFB Experience).
- Assist District Leader and Retail Regional President with interviewing prospective candidates.
- Support and deliver on retail-wide initiatives, communication, and engagement.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of demonstrated leadership of coaching, management, leadership, and/or mentoring in a retail environment.
- 4-5 years of prior success with multiple sales leadership processes and execution.
- 4-5 years of personal experience in sales and service with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in a retail environment.
- 4-5 years of prior success with achievement of performance goals.
- Working knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent banking work experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred to have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent banking work experience.
