About the role
The Financial Center Manager leads all aspects of financial center performance and drives sales growth and service excellence while fostering a culture of success. This role involves managing a team, developing talent, and engaging with the local community.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance
- Leverage Fulton’s sales process and CRM to align key activities and behaviors needed to achieve and exceed sales growth for both new and existing customers within the consumer and business segments.
- Establish employee performance expectations and development plans to identify areas for improvement and set clear, actionable goals.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with customers, whether onboarding new clients or nurturing existing relationships, with a consistent approach to foster trust and loyalty.
- Handle complex customer inquiries with tact and efficiency.
- Lead the Financial Center Team
- Plan, assign, and evaluate the work of the financial center team. Screen and select top-notch candidates, provide guidance and coaching, establish clear goals and objectives for each team member.
- Maintain operational excellence by overseeing the implementation of internal processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with all risk management initiatives and regulations.
- Manage and Develop Talent
- Monitor volume, workflow, and quality, and manage performance, including performance appraisals and pay recommendations, to ensure that the team is motivated and performing at their best.
- Extend Beyond Financial Center
- Contribute to broader business and corporate initiatives. Reinforce strategic goals to the team and stakeholders, lead through organizational change, and partner with the Commercial segment.
- Champion Cultural Activities
- Participate in focus groups and task forces to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience.
- Specialty Business or other applicable.
- 5 or more years Banking, Financial Services, or sales experience.
- 3 or more years leading sales, Operations, or Risk Management experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to motivate a sales team, set expectations and drive accountability.
- Small Business Banking acumen.
- Collaboration skills.
- Passion and enthusiasm to meet and exceed goals.

Pay
$64,700.00 - $107,900.00 annually
