Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain F&I applications to ensure compliance with industry regulations and dealer expectations
• Research, design, program, and test updates to Reynolds' F&I software applications
• Interpret changes made by state governments, financial institutions, and other third parties
• Test and verify calculations in deals
• Maintain accurate documentation of changes and calculation requirements
• Resolve both internal and external customer issues
• Ensure the end product meets the customer's expectations and needs
